1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between eq999 and its users ("user" or "you"). By accessing eq999's website, mobile app, or any other platform, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. eq999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

2.2 Account Registration Rules

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into eq999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not allowed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Your identity verification must be complete at the time of withdrawal. eq999 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). eq999 does not take responsibility for currency conversion.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus applies once per individual or household.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• eq999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the relevant account being closed.
• After accepting a bonus, a new bonus may not be applicable until the wagering requirements for the current bonus have been met.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

By playing regularly on eq999, members can advance through four VIP levels. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on the user's overall activity on the platform. eq999 reserves the right to review and change VIP terms at any time. If a member abuses bonuses, their VIP benefits may be revoked.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on eq999 are operated in a safe and fair environment. If any user attempts to take advantage of software bugs, technical issues, or other unintentional irregularities, eq999 reserves the right to void the relevant winnings and suspend the account.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Technical Issues

7 Sports Betting Terms
